| | The quality of education at Notre Dame comes with significant cost – one that is not fully covered by tuition. WHAT IS THE ANNUAL FUND? The Annual Fund is a year-round fundraising campaign to support the tradition of Catholic education provided at Notre Dame School. This campaign appeals to all constituencies of our school, including parents, grandparents, friends, business supporters, faculty and staff, parishioners, and alumni.
IS MY DONATION TAX DEDUCTIBLE? Yes. All contributions are tax deductible.
WHAT IS THE MONEY USED FOR? 100% of the funds raised remain in our school. The money is used to keep tuition affordable by bridging the gap between the tuition revenue and the actual per student cost to provide an enriched, well-rounded education for our children
ARE ANY MATCHING GIFTS AVAILABLE? Yes. Between August 1 to September 30, 2010, make your Annual Fund donation to the North Valley Community Foundation’s Annie B’s Community Drive, and the foundation will donate 100% of all the designated annual fund drive donations plus a portion of the drive’s grant funds to Notre Dame school. The grant funds are distributed in proportion to the total amount donated, up to $25,000 in matching funds. Click here during these dates to participate in this matching gift grant.
DO I HAVE TO PARTICIPATE? Yes! Our goal is 100% Notre Dame parent participation. Achieving better than 90% participation in fundraising from NDS families is one of the criteria necessary to be considered for certain grants that may be available to us. Each family will decide what amount they can contribute. All donations are appreciated and your gift truly does make a difference. Participation also includes praying for Notre Dame School. So if you are unable to contribute even a small financial donation, please return the Annual Fund card saying you will pray for our school.
