Prospective families are welcome to contact the school office at any time to ask questions about the school and admission. Following is a timeline of the process of admission.

Open House

Notre Dame School holds its annual Open House during Catholic Schools’ Week which usually begins in late January/early February. It is usually held on a Sunday following Mass or one evening in February. This is an excellent opportunity to meet teachers, visit the school, and learn about the many programs we offer. If you miss out on this event, you may schedule an individual tour by calling the school office. Please give us a one week notice to set up a tour.

January/February

You may submit an application at any time, but the majority of applications are submitted in the January/February timeframe. Applications are available on the website or you can contact the school office to receive a packet in the mail. The office email is on this link.

March/April

The school will notify prospective students of the status of their acceptance. Registration paperwork and fees must be received no later than April 30 for both new and returning families. A student’s enrollment is not guaranteed until this step is complete.

April-August

Notre Dame School will continue to accept applications from interested candidates for grades that still have openings for the Fall. The majority of new students are notified in April for enrollment the following school year. However, Notre Dame School may accept students in Grades TK through Eighth throughout the year if the applicant meets the admission criteria and if space is available.
