Registration:
There is an annual registration fee of $500 per child. This is a non-refundable fee that must be paid before school starts, unless payments have been arranged with the principal. This fee is applied to your family's FACTS account.
The non-refundable Registration fee for each child is $500.00. This includes the mandatory technology fee.
Families must agree to complete 45 volunteer hours (30 if single) and attend four Parent Teacher Organization meetings.
Parents' Hours: Families not participating in Parent Hours will be charged an additional $1000. no participation fee to their FACTS account.
Families agree to participate in the Script program or pay a fee of $200.
The Actual Cost to educate a student at Notre Dame is $9,650. Public Schools receive $20,427 in federal and state funds to educate each student.
FEES AND TUITION
Tuition
Notre Dame School sets tuition at a level intended to keep education accessible and affordable for families, though it does not fully cover the school’s total operating expenses. Tuition for a practicing Catholic child who has been baptized, in Transitional Kindergarten through 8th grade, is $7,302 per year. Tuition for non-Catholic students or non-practicing Catholics is $8,267, with discounts available for additional siblings. Tuition assistance is offered to eligible families. We rely on fundraising and donations to bridge the gap between what families pay and the true cost of educating each student at NDS.
Tuition Payment Options
ONE PAYMENT PLAN: Your family's tuition will be paid directly to the school by August 1 of the current school year. Families paying in full by August 1 receive a $285 discount.
TWO PAYMENT PLAN: One-half of your family's tuition is paid directly to the school by August, and the other half is due in January of the current school year.
QUARTERLY PLAN: One-quarter of your family tuition is paid via FACTS Tuition Management in August, November, February, and May of the current school year.
TEN/ELEVEN PAYMENTS: Beginning in August and ending in June, monthly payments are made via the FACTS Tuition Management Plan.
